You know that old saying about the shoemaker’s children going barefoot? As a brand storyteller who can never seem to find the time to tell her own brand story, well, let’s just say it’s kind of the story of my life.
When you’re serving multiple clients across a variety of industries, it’s really easy to get swept up in the never-ending flow of the next project, next deliverable, next deadline, etc. etc. etc. Every so often, I lift my head and realise that months have gone by since I last stepped back to take a look at all the work I’ve done. I’m definitely going to have to set a reminder to do it more often.
Take, for example, this website copy I wrote for C&W Business’s new suite of hospitality solutions. They needed impactful copy that conveyed the benefits their customers could realise with their cutting-edge solutions.
I delivered.
And then I moved on to the next deadline… 😂 Such is the life of a busy brand storyteller.
