It’s always fun to see your copywriting come to life and shared by a client (or, in this case, the client of a client). Liberty Networks is one of Templet’s clients. Templet provides marketing and advertising services and I provide Templet with the copywriting services they require in order to do so.
Liberty Networks, on the other hand, provides information technology services to businesses across Latin America and, via Templet, I’ve done a lot of writing for them over the past few years.
Working on telecommunications projects has provided me with a fun opportunity to learn how we get the internet access we often take for granted.
A thing I’d never considered before learning about Points of Presence (PoPs) is how different networks interact so that we can share data across the world. I’d never thought about how, for example, Verizon needs to connect to Liberty Networks so businesses based in Latin America can have a smooth experience while using apps and services based in the United States.
Once I understood that, it was easy to see how cool it is that Liberty Networks is expanding its PoPs to make that kind of interconnection as smooth as possible for its customers.
The real challenge was in distilling technical information into reader-friendly, easy-to-digest insights. It’s never possible to explain everything in any one social media carousel, so you have to triage: pick the most important messages and present them clearly and concisely.
I think it worked well here. 😊
Thanks for reading!
